dsc_1087Well I can take a deep breath now. Oddmall is over and I made my goal, but not my stretch goal. It was a great event, and was well attended, especially for the first half of the day. Andy Hopp was a great host, and his daughter was a really great hostess. I loved watching her bop around in her cat ears and party dress, being friendly with everyone around. She’s five and I could tell that she’s make a great little playmate for my five-year-old.

Colleen stopped up with her husband Jon and son Ian, and she walked around a took pictures for me. I’ll let her write her own post, but I wanted to give my recap on the vendors I bought items from, and the ones that I thought deserved honorable mentions, continued after the break.

Of course Landen Road Designs put together a wonderful booth, it was shared with Templeton Goods, which is really just the name of the my etsy shop. So I’m tooting my own horn, and bragging on my friend Jenn, hope you don’t mind.

dsc_1108I made a swap of three journals for three tutus with Fairy Tales Unlimited who is someone I know, but can’t figure out from where. My girls spent Sunday afternoon performing ballet, and bouncing and eating in matching pink poofy tutus. They are quite greatful! I have been wearing them like a hat. I look like a pink mum.

I also bought a “find-it” game for the girls made out of a gatorade bottle and filled with some kind of grain from Meese Factory. They can be emailed at meesefactory@hotmail.com, but I don’t think they operate a website.

dsc_1115And for Cressida I bought a three pack of tie dyed blue silk scarves from Dahara Dreaming. She has been using them as softies and I tied on to her pacifier handle. They are fast becoming a necessary baby accessory, and they are so soft and beautiful I am glad to have them around.

While I took my turns around the room walking Cressida down for her nap I spotted some great booths, but since I wouldn’t let myself shop till I dropped I’ll just give these great sellers honorable mentions. Be sure to click on everyone’s links, and tell them that I sent you!

Garbella- screen printed wearables, including my favorite: the lace bird shirt.

Oceanne- Jewelry, and a super adorable son with amazingly squeezable cheeks who unfortunately was not for sale.

Toony Jewelry- Her jewelry and her booth were antiqued and classy. Actually, she was super classy too. She kept Cressida company while she napped under our table.

Rustbelt Fiberwerks- Screenprinted housewears. And a hilarious onsie with Mr. T on it that said “I titty the fool.” It wins best breastfeeding joke ever.
