I thought I’d share my DIY choppy haircut along with this gorgeous hair flower!  The haircut is the result of an impulsive “my hair needs cut now” moment.  The flower was made by following a tutorial from Wise Craft. I followed Blair’s instructions except for sewing in a hair clip instead of a pin back.

I’ll surely make more of these for upcoming birthday gifts.  They’re so pretty and made entirely of scrap fabrics & buttons I already had in my stash.  I bet this pattern would work beautifully with paper as well.
