Oh girl... Fall is the bestest time to come to Chicago! If you're a fabric junkie, you'll have to check out Vogue Fabrics in Evanston (it's on the L) and Quiltology in Lincoln Park. Speaking of of Lincoln Park, there's 1154 Lill Studio, a design-your-own purse/bag store in Lincoln Park that's fun to check out and it's near Lori's Shoes, a fab shoe store. In fact, that whole strip on Armitage is awesome. As for touristy things, go downtown and see The Bean and Millennium Park and catch some free music at the bandshell. Michigan Ave. personally makes me want to scream bloody murder, but if you've never been, it might be worth seeing. And if the weather is nice and it's not too cool, check out a river or lake cruise. There's a kajillion cute restaurants. Let me know if/how I can help! Love the blog!
